Spaciotempo MASE-certified removable buildings

Spaciotempo, a designer, manufacturer and builder of removable buildings, considers the safety of personnel to be of top priority, ahead of all other considerations, and this is the case right throughout the long process from the project design phase through to the performance of services on-site. The provisions specified are mandatory and apply to all Spaciotempo staff and to sub-contractors.

This desire has thus been demonstrated through the launch of a "MASE" initiative (Manuel d’Amélioration de la Sécurité en Entreprise = Corporate Safety Improvement Manual) 15 months ago which has just culminated in the awarding of MASE certification.

The company's health, safety and environmental management system has thus been recognised by the Mase Nord Pas-de-Calais Picardie Steering Committee, for activities relating to the production and construction of removable buildings.

MASE : basic principles

MASE is a management system, the objective of which is the sustainable and continual improvement of corporate performance in the areas of health, safety and the environment.

It is a bench mark that enables the company to better structure its HSE approach by exploring 5 prescribed areas of focus.

  • Improvement of safety by means of a management system adapted to the company.
  • Optimisation of organisation and  communication with a view to improving employee operating conditions.
  • Implementation of a common language with a view to progressing together.

MASE : what at the benefits for customers?

As a manufactuer and developer, it has been jedged to be essential that we apply the MASE principles in all of the company's operating processes.

  • Compliance with legal and regulatory principles in the areas of health, safety and the environment; in particular during the provision of services on construction sites operated by customers.
  • Prevention and controlling of risks through the continual training of all of the company's employees and through the feedback of experience, with a view to achieving accident targets« 0 ».
  • Constant development of the system that is put in place, through continual improvement.
